Property Desk

Property Desk at Keller Williams Premier Realty offers authorized associates to receive phone, internet and walk-in leads when on duty.

Reserve your timeslots

Property Desk is an opportunity at Premier for agents to focus on their business, while receiving leads. These leads come from our Real Geeks paid partnership, sign calls, branding and marketing initiatives. Agents pay no additional fees or splits for leads generated from Property Desk.  BUT – Agents must complete a series of training and shadowing to qualify to sign up for shifts.

This gives that agent the best opportunity to convert those leads into transactions. 

Property Professors are an elite group of agents who have mastered Property Desk systems, models and convert leads. They have volunteered to donate their time to train other agents on systems and how to convert leads and are allotted 6 shifts per month. They get the first priority in selecting their monthly shifts. If you want to become a Property Professor, see your ARC.

We host a monthly in person luncheon to sign up for all other shifts the 3rd Friday monthly at noon to allow agents to sign up for their 4 shifts monthly. This gives agents the opportunity to network, train and time block their calendar for the next month.  Finally, if any additional shifts are left available then any Property Desk approved agents who were unable to attend the in person event will have the opportunity to take available shifts.
