The DTD2 system, from the KW MAPS Never Ending Referrals Program, provides a simple and easy way to contact two database last name letters a week in order to work through your entire database four times a year. Adding Custom Tags to your KW Command database, makes that process even easier. Happy calling!

All file submission, commission requests, closing document uploads to Command and checks must be submitted or received no later than noon on the 1st business day of the month to count in the previous months numbers. Adjustments and checks can not be processed once transmittal has started. 

Anything not received will be closed out in the next month.

Transactions are closed based upon receiving the final CD and checks using the date on the closing disclosure.

Lease checks are processed when the checks are received by the brokerage, not when the lease closes.
