And here in Katy, Keller Williams Premier Realty has been THE solid leader in the Katy, Fulshear, and West Houston real estate market since 1998, when we opened our doors in a small space along Cinco Ranch Blvd. Katy grew, as it does, and so did our office; to the point where we eventually expanded into an 8,000 square foot building on Westheimer Parkway, just east of the Grand Parkway.
And as the number of agents in our market center expanded, so too did the office – when we moved to the Villagio at Town Center just down the road, where we still are today. Today, Keller Williams Premier Realty looks nothing like it did back in 1998. Today, we are the largest real estate brokerage in Katy. With over 360+ agents, an amazing Association Leadership Council and incredible staff, we have the training and development resources to help business grow and thrive.
